Standing at a height of about 55 meters (180 feet). The area of ​​this Biswa Bangla Gate is 220 meters. 70 tons of steel have been used in this Biswa Bangla Gate . It is one of the tallest structures in Kolkata, making it a perfect spot for visitors to admire the city’s skyline. The Biswa Bangla Gate is part of the New Town development project, aiming to make the area a new hub for business and tourism in Kolkata.

Biswa Bangla Gate is located the 3rd rotary traffic island on Biswa Bangla Sarani , near Rabindra tirtha in action Area 1D ,  New Town , Kolkata , West Bengal  . It is connected with the Biswa Bangla Convention Centre metro station of Kolkata  Metro Orange Line .
